Dr. Carl Crawford

Dr. Crawford is Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine, at the Joan and Sanford I. Weill Department of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College.  His work as Internist focuses on gastroenterology (digestive).

He received his MD in 2001 from Yale University School of Medicine and completed a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Research Fellowship in Genetics and Molecular Biology in 1999.

He subsequently completed internship and residency training in Internal Medicine in 2004 at the NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City. He spent the following year studying the effects of dietary components in cancer prevention under support from the NIH.
